Wheel Throwing 2 - Intermediate (4 weeks)

Take your wheel-throwing skills to the next level in this focused, four-week intermediate course. Designed for students who are comfortable centering and pulling basic forms, this class dives deeper into technique, precision, and personal style. We’ll explore more complex shapes—such as lidded vessels, altered forms, and taller or wider throws—while refining trimming and surface approaches. With individualized instruction and weekly demonstrations, you’ll expand your technical range and set goals for developing cohesive, intentional work. Perfect for anyone ready to challenge themselves, strengthen their craftsmanship, and grow creatively at the wheel. Ages 16+.

This is a 4-week class, with 3-hour long classes. Finished work can be picked up March 10-11th.

Materials Provided: 11 lbs of cone 6 clay and a bucket. Studio equipment & tools, glazes, and firings also included.

Saturdays: Feb 14, 21, 28, and March 7.

Sundays: Feb 15 & 22, March 14 & 15.
